<正>In the process of Purex nuclear fuel reprocessing,it is very important to monitor the concentration of uranium（Ⅵ） on line and establish a fast and accurate analysis method.PEEK is a semi crystalline aromatic polymer material.The translucent PEEK is used to make an integratedmixed clarifier.The concentration of organic phase uranium （Ⅳ） in the clarifier can be monitored in real time by non-contact measurement of Raman spectrum.Because PEEK material has a high fluorescence background,the background signal and the Raman spectrum overlap,
