薄互层油藏注水井提压增注研究与应用

渤海K油田主力产层为沙河街组薄互层,1~2.7 m厚度的油层占总油层厚度的90%,采用定向井合采分注开发模式,针对开发初期已暴露出注水井层间、层内干扰较大,约70%注水井达不到配注要求的问题,采用油藏工程方法与数值模拟方法,通过机理模型以及复合油藏模型进行注水井最大注入压力优化研究,使注水井最大注水压力值得到有效提升,K油田注水井最大注水压力由15 MPa提高至25 MPa,且提压后注水井附近地层不会出现破裂,能确保安全生产。目前已在K油田23口注水井按最大注入压力25 MPa实施注水,全油田增加注水量为2 580 m~3/d,能满足油田高效开发需求。这表明,该研究结果对相似油田注水开发具有一定的参考价值。
