论文摘要
本文提出了一种有效的基于加权Laguerre多项式的时域有限差分法（WLP-FDTD）,并采用这种方法精确的模拟电磁波在石墨烯薄片中的传播。本文提出的方法结合石墨烯表面电导率的带内项并引入一种辅助差分方程技术,在电场强度和石墨烯中导体电流之间建立关系。一个数值实验模拟计算了石墨烯中电磁波的传播。相比传统的FDTD,本文提出的方法具有更高的计算精确和效率。
