TGFβ1-Smad信号通路在胆管癌中作用的研究现状

论文摘要

转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)-Smad信号通路是胆管癌发展、侵袭及远处转移过程中的重要因子。TGFβ1-Smad信号通路在细胞上皮间-质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)中也起到至关重要的作用,可使细胞间的黏附性降低,肿瘤细胞能透过基底膜,广泛侵袭至癌旁组织,并发生远处转移。故TGFβ1-Smad信号通路在胆管癌发展中作用的研究是胆管癌相关研究中的焦点所在。本文就近几年TGFβ1-Smad信号通路与胆管癌的关系相关研究进展做综述。
