浑河流域暴雨洪涝淹没模拟研究

浑河流域暴雨洪涝淹没模拟研究

论文摘要

根据浑河流域内的自动站和国家气象站,分别对范围内的土壤类型、土地利用状况、洪涝灾情、过程降水量、逐小时降水实况以及降水落区预报等数据资料进行提取,并对浑河流域2005年8月12日14时-13日14时的强降水时段,利用Flood Area模型的暴雨淹没情景模拟分析了洪水淹没过程和效果。结果显示:在强降水作用下浑河流域上游水位明显上涨,大伙房水库上游水位上涨3m以上,李石河、东洲河等支流水位超过5m。灾情调查显示,基于Flood Area模型模拟的洪水淹没深度与覆盖范围基本能够反映强降水的实际状况,在浑河流域暴雨洪涝模拟中该模型具有良好的模拟效果和较高的准确度,可为今后洪涝灾害险情分析、洪水预警以及人员疏散方案的制定提供一定参考依据。
