论文摘要
目的:调查包头地区高校在校大学生过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis, AR)的患病情况。方法:选取2017年至2018年包头地区四所高校(包头医学院、内蒙古科技大学、包头师范学院、包头职业技术学院)1～3年级在校大学生为调查对象,通过网络问卷,进行整群抽样调查。结果:本次共发放问卷4800份,回收有效问卷4586份,17.88%的在校大学生患AR。AR患病率与性别、是否吸烟无显著性差异;来自牧区和城市的学生AR患病率明显高于农区;AR患者直系亲属及表亲的AR患病率明显高于非AR患者;AR患者对AR的了解程度高于非AR患者。结论:包头地区高校在校生的AR发病率较高,与在包头地区生活时长、遗传等因素有关。
