<正>1 Building a special talent reservoir 1.1 Full cycle talent cultivation We strengthened cultivation of young talents and explored new ways to promote internationalization of talents.In 2019,we selected 3 young backbone researchers and sent them to overseas institutions for short-term study and training.We also drafted regulations on selection and training of talents for overseas study and exchange.
