PripA regulates Rab5/Rab7 conversion during macropinocytosis in Dictyostelium

<正>The conversion from early to late endosomes is accompanied by a switch from Rab5 to Rab7.It is well established that Rab5 and PI3 P on the early endosomes recruits the Mon1/Ccz1 complex to activate Rab7.How Rab5 is then inactivated to complete the cycle is less clear,although some studies have pointed to an involvement of TBC1 D2 family proteins.
