<正>Cryo-electron microscopy and other imaging technique opened new windows to study large biomolecular assemblies under biologically relevant conditions. Ionotropic glutamate receptors(i GluRs) are cation channels that mediate signal transmission in the central nervous system by depolarizing the post-dynaptic membrane in response to L-glutamate release from the presynaptic neuron.
