<正>In 2019,the 5SDH-2 pelletron accelerator is in good condition,and all of the parameters of the machine are at the level of the beginning of introduction.The range of the terminal voltage is150 kV-1.7 MV,so the energy of single charge particle accelerated is 300 keV-3.4 MeV.The beam current on the target is almost up to 20μA for proton and deuterium particle usually used.
