冯玮,孙聆东,严纯华[1](2006)在《稀土氟化物复盐上转换纳米晶的表面修饰》一文中研究指出Recent years, nanocrystals with high luminescence as boilable are of great interest because of their high photostability and high luminescence intensity. Rare earth doped NaYF4 is proved to be one of the best systems for near IR up-conversion. In this article, hydrophobic nanocrystals are transferred to hydrophilic by adding surfactant, CTAB. Further addition of TEOS and aminopropyltrimethoxylsilane form the SiO2 shell with amino groups.
