摘要:随着移动互联技术的快速发展,电力缴费渠道不断拓展,电子化缴费率不断提升,电子化缴费在整个电费回收工作中占有极其重要的地位,但是在运行管理上缺乏有效的监督防范手段,导致缴费渠道存在一定风险。本文基于分布式架构采集电力缴费渠道的海量数据,通过数据挖掘技术设计了电力缴费渠道风险分析管控系统。本文设计了系统的功能架构和物理架构,并给出了系统的业务流程。系统通过对交易风险事件的智能分析,指导用电检查人员进行针对性排查,有效降低电费资金风险,增强公司电费风险防控能力。

Abstract:WiththerapiddevelopmentofmobileInternettechnology,powerelectronicpaymentchannelscontinuetoexpand,thecontributionraterising,electronicpaymentplaysanimportantroleinthewholetariffrecoverywork,butthelackofeffectivesupervisionandpreventivemeasuresintheoperationandmanagement,causethereisacertainriskofpaymentchannels.Basedonthedistributedarchitecture,thispapercollectsthemassivedataofthepowercontributionchannel,anddesignsthemanagementandcontrolsystemoftheriskanalysisofthepowerpaymentchannelthroughthedataminingtechnology.Inthispaper,thefunctionalarchitectureandphysicalarchitectureofthesystemaredesigned,andthebusinessprocessofthesystemisgiven.Throughtheintelligentanalysisoftransactionriskevents,thesystemguidestheelectricityinspectorstoconducttargetedinvestigation,effectivelyreducetheriskofelectricitychargesandenhancethecompany'sriskpreventionandcontrolcapabilities.
